Background
Even in today's highly uncertain world called VUCA World, future-oriented R & D investment remains the source of corporate competitiveness. Because of the rapidly changing environment, it is necessary to redefine "what the company wants to be" and "what to focus on for that purpose" in anticipation of future business growth and to proactively draw a path toward its achievement.
Draw a vision based on future hypotheses, incorporate a scenario for its achievement into a feasible plan, and flexibly adapt it to the environmental changes. To make an effective R & D investment, it is necessary to carry out this series of processes at a high level.
