Background

The success of a project is often related to the skill of a project manager, but it is said that the impact of project managers on achieving project goals is only about 50%. The status of organizational process assets that are the plans,processes,policies,procedures,and knowledge bases specific to and used by the performing organization and the existence of a PMO (Project Management Office) account for nearly 40%, so to increase the success rate of the project, it is necessary to promote organizational efforts such as buildup project management processes and organizational system reviews.

However it is very difficult to evaluate one's own project management system and many organizations are seeking for improvements. Continuing to work blindly without an accurate understanding of the current situation is not only inefficient but also have a negative impact on project productivity and performance.
